Prior to construction starting on “Riverside”, Hines Constructions had completed 20 affordable housing units on Havannah Street, Bathurst (“The Brickworks”) for Housing Plus. “Riverside” consisted of an additional nine affordable housing units that front Durham Street, Bathurst.

The housing units consisted of 3 duplex blocks and 3 single dwelling units. Features include 2 bedrooms, modern kitchen and bathroom, open plan living areas, single carport and secure yard. Associated roads, infrastructure, services reticulation, pathways and landscaping was also completed.

Hines Construction worked on a design that would benefit the future residents. The project was completed within the desired timeframe and achieved a high standard of finish. Hines constructions loves delivering projects within the Bathurst community and engaged local sub-contractors to help in delivering this project where possible.
